Case Study 01 — The Dentist
Her husband is still skeptical. She built it in a weekend.
Two clinics. Two kids. Not a programmer. One weekend, four personal AI agents — now she works at the pace her mind actually moves.
Self-paced. Ten short chapters — guided steps and short clips you do at your own pace, from anywhere. Yours for life.
The $50 credits toward the $500 course and is refundable any time while you wait.

She had been using ChatGPT every day for a year. Her feed kept mentioning Claude, OpenClaw, Hermes, agents — people who seemed to have whole little teams working for them. She had no idea where to even start. It felt like you had to know somebody.
She wasn't wrong to hesitate. Setting this up really is technical — servers, accounts, permissions, a dozen places to get stuck. It's the part that stops smart people, and the part nobody sits down and does with you.
So I sat with her for an afternoon and walked her through every technical piece myself. By Sunday night she had four agents of her own.
"I move at the pace my mind works at now."
Her husband keeps asking how she built it. The course is the afternoon I spent with her, packaged.
She was the first. Everyone on this page came after her.
Fresh off the press
Every agent below was hired inside the course in the last two weeks — named, given a job, and drawn a face by a member whose day job has nothing to do with software. New hires join the wall every week.
75 agents hired inside the course — and counting.

From the members
This course is so addictive. Dude I'm hooked. Loving this.
Completed the course. Very straightforward for someone who has little to no knowledge in this space (me).
Course completed. Well done Deep. I can't wait to level up and get the browser hands working!
These are mine
Fourteen agents. Some run my companies. Some run my life. All of them have names and faces — and you get the soul file for every one of them when you join.
The business team — runs Aava

Chief of Staff
Surfaces the three things I need to decide this week.

Growth
Writes the KindGifts.co blog. Tells me which posts are working.

Sales
Runs outbound for everhand.ai. Books the calls I would have skipped.

Product
Kills low-value ideas before they get expensive.

Builder
Ships features. Fixes bugs. Flags bad tradeoffs early.

Finance
Bookkeeping, taxes, alerts on anything weird.

Business Coach
The only one who tells me what I do not want to hear.
and the ones who run me
The personal team — runs me

Money Manager
Tracks the money. Tells me when I am spending stupidly.

Trader
Watches markets, identifies setups, holds me back from the bad ones.

Golf Coach
Tracks my rounds. Has me on a path to a sub-80.

Life Coach
Parenting, marriage, mindset. Synthesizes Huberman and Dr. Becky.

Executive Assistant
Plans date nights. Books haircuts before trips.

Personal Stylist
Suggests outfits. Packs for trips. Knows the weather.

Documenter
Captures the things my kids say. Memory logs for later.
Agents are the future. Yours can start carrying your mental load this weekend.

What you also get
When you join, you get the personality file for every agent above. Copy them. Edit them. Rename Goku to whatever you want. Skip the blank-page problem — start with mine, make them yours.
What you are buying
Guided steps, short clips, checklists, copy blocks, and real setup screens. Each chapter teaches one concrete thing — and when a tool changes, I re-record the one chapter that broke. No three-hour videos.
What you're building
5 minThe whole setup — brain, body, office, phone — and what it costs.
Your office in the cloud
15 minYour cloud office, live and backing itself up on its own.
Your agent comes alive
15 minYour agent texts you back on Telegram — and only you.
Your first hire
5 minIt gets a name, a job, and a memory that survives.
Your agent reads your life
15 minA morning brief every day, built from your calendar and inbox.
The daily toolkit
10 minWork with it from anywhere — and it knows your world.
The second hire
10 minA second agent with its own job, onboarded by your first.
It runs itself
8 minBackups run and it updates itself weekly — hands-off.
When things break
4 minKnow exactly where help lives, before anything breaks.
Where this goes next
6 minDaily prompts, when to teach vs hire, and the Level-up shelf.
All ten chapters add up to about 2 focused hours — many finish the same day.
After the last chapter
Finishing is the start — Level Up keeps your agent growing:
The finish line
A morning briefing, before coffee
Your executive assistant — the first agent you build — has already read your inbox and your calendar, and texts you the shape of the day: what needs you, what can wait, what you'd forgotten. The tabs you keep open in your head start closing.
A staff of two, and growing
That assistant knows how to hire. By the last chapter it has onboarded your second agent — a health coach, a career coach, whoever you need next — and it can keep hiring from there.
Room to think again
The list in your head finally lives somewhere else. If you're someone with more ideas than hours, this is the part you feel first: you stop triaging your life and start moving through it.
Inside the course
Most courses hand you videos and wish you luck. This one is software. It tracks where you are, writes your snippets for you, and personalizes every step to you and your agent — down to the name you gave it.

Progress that holds your place
Every chapter is a checklist of small wins. Stop mid-step on Tuesday, come back Sunday — you land exactly where you left off, nothing to rewatch.

Copy-paste, pre-personalized
Every snippet arrives with your details already in it — your name, your agent's name, your setup. You never hunt through a wall of text for the part to change.

Your agent interviews you
The deeper skills aren't generic. Your agent sits you down for a ten-minute interview about your inbox, then writes its own rules from your answers. You teach it once; it does the job forever.

The Front Desk
One screen for running your operation — every account you set up in one place, and a when-something's-off desk that turns the scary moments into a two-minute fix.

A staff page, with faces
Every hire gets an AI-generated portrait and an employee badge. Silly? Maybe. But the day your money analyst has a face and a name, it stops feeling like software.

Hire your next agent in minutes
The builder turns a few answers into a complete soul file — personality, role, memory rules — ready to paste. Your second hire takes minutes, not a weekend.

The part that isn't on Udemy
Everyone who has ever joined is in one room — the members a few weeks ahead of you, the alums, and me. The first fifty joined in week one; nobody leaves at graduation.
A Udemy course is you, alone, at 11pm, with a tab open and nobody to ask why your agent just forgot its own name. The room is the opposite of that. Someone is always awake. Most questions get answered before I see them. The ones that don't, I see. I'm here to make sure this lands.

Telegram. No one gets kicked out at graduation.

15+ years building. Three startups acquired — by Google and Dropbox. Now I run Aava, a studio building AI products that give people their time back: everhand.ai puts AI employees inside small businesses, and KindGifts.co is the passion project. All of it runs on the agents you met above.
This course is the most fun I have all week. I've always loved teaching more than pitching, and there's a specific joy in watching someone who “isn't technical” post their first agent's badge in the room. That moment is why I built this.
How enrollment works
I personally support everyone through the course — that's the promise, and it's the bottleneck. So enrollment is paced: seats open in small weekly groups, matched to what I can support well. Here's how the line works.
Join the line — $50
Your deposit credits toward the $500 course price and is refundable any time while you wait. It's there to keep the line honest — this is for people ready to put agents to work.
Reply to my email — this is the part that matters
A note from me lands right after you join. If it's in Spam or Promotions, drag it to your inbox — that one move means your invite never goes missing. Then hit reply with your future executive assistant's name, or what you'd put them to work on. Your reply is the key that opens your seat. No email within ten minutes? Write me: hello@agentsforus.ai.
Claim your seat when it opens
When your seat opens you'll get an email with your claim link. Take a few days if you need them — after that it passes to the next person. And if the timing's wrong, no email lost your spot: reply whenever you're ready and you go to the front of the next wave.
The course
Plus applicable tax, added at checkout.
What you get
$50 now, $450 when you claim your seat — $500 total, never a dollar more. Refundable until you claim: reply to your receipt and I send it back.
$50 · refundable · powered by Stripe
Refundable the entire time you wait. The only thing the line costs you is patience.
If you are wondering about the risk
If you'd rather not wait,
reply to your receipt and your $50 comes back. Refundable until you claim your seat, no questions.
If a step breaks,
I fix it. Personal Telegram line. Direct refund if I cannot.
If your agents do not run by the end,
we get on a call. If I cannot fix it, full refund.
If life gets in the way,
your seat doesn't have to go to waste. Transfer it to someone who'll use it — email me and I'll move everything over.
What am I joining — a waitlist?
A line, with a $50 deposit that credits toward the $500 price. The course is live and running; I open seats in small weekly groups, matched to how many people I can personally support well. You can move up with a strong case or a member's referral — and your $50 is refundable the entire time you wait.
How long until I get in?
Usually a few weeks, depending on where you are in line. If your timing is urgent — a business reason, a life reason — say so when you reply to your confirmation. I read every one, and urgency genuinely moves you up.
Is this live, or do I go at my own pace?
Fully self-paced. It's ten short chapters you work through whenever you want, from anywhere — each opens with a one-minute video, then walks you click by click through actually setting your agents up. No schedule, nothing to show up for. Lifetime access, so you can start tonight or next month and revisit anytime. The only shared, always-on part is the room (a Telegram group) where you can ask questions as you build.
I cannot code. Is this really for me?
Yes. The dentist did not write a line of code. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can do this.
What if the tools change after I buy?
They will. I re-record the affected chapter — never the whole course. Lifetime access. Principles do not change as fast as screens.
What does it cost to run my agents?
Two costs. The office is $20 USD/month — the only subscription, and it includes your first $20 of computer use each month; the two agents you set up in the course typically land right around it. The brain is pay-as-you-go from a prepaid balance: figure $5–$10 for a day of real use, less when they're idle. For scale: my fourteen-agent office runs about $80 USD/month, plus about $10–20 a day of heavy brain use. Your agents can only ever spend what you've loaded.
Is my data safe?
Your agents run in your own cloud. Memory and credentials live in your private GitHub. Nothing is shared with me.
How long does the course take?
About 2 focused hours, in 10 short chapters. Each is a one-minute video overview, then guided steps you actually do — every snippet copy-paste ready. Your first agent running by the end of an afternoon. Your full team set up over a weekend.
What if I buy it and can't finish?
Transfer it. If life gets in the way, I'd rather your seat go to someone who'll use it than sit unused — email me and I'll move it to whoever you name.
Can I buy this for my team?
Yes — this works well as a way to show a team what's actually possible now. Email hello@agentsforus.ai and I'll set your people up directly.
What if I need more help than the room can give?
The room is the help — every member and alum, plus me, one message away. When something is genuinely broken, I make sure it gets fixed.
